News – Parent & teacher charrette

Last night we conducted a charrette with teachers and parents of the children who will be using the playscape. It was very helpful to hear and see the ideas people had to share – especially because parents and teachers use the playscape frequently and know many of the nuances of the site that our own observations may have missed. We got lots of great ideas and feedback, but we’re always looking for more. For reference, some of the things we asked participants were:
- What is a natural playscape?
- What would you hope to see and not want to see?
